Complaints Procedure
complaint is for ITM Thai Hand Amsterdam an improvement impulse and contributes to the success of making our organization. ITM Thai Hand Amsterdam will properly handle comments and complaints from customers because it has significant effects on our customer satisfaction and quality of our offerings. Below you will find a brief description of the procedure by which ITM Thai Hand Amsterdam deals with complaints.
To file a complaint
Are you unhappy about something, or is there something that you think should have a structural solution? You then can lodge a complaint. Each complaint is investigated thoroughly on its content and is treated confidential. Make sure you have read the rules and conditions properly before submitting a complaint. Provide a clear description as possible of your complaint, which ensures complete processing. The handling of a complaint takes up to two weeks, you receive a decision on your complaint by e-mail.
Present objections
You can file a complaint if you are not satisfied with the substantive and procedural or handling of your earlier complaint. An objection should always be substantiated in writing. You can send the complaint by post or e-mail (substantiation attached) to:

The objection must include the following points:
a. Name and address
b. Substantive arguments of objection
The management of ITM Thai Hand Amsterdam shall conduct an investigation upon receipt of the objection. In this study, the stakeholders are heard and advice is sought from an independent third party which is not working for ITM Thai Hand Amsterdam. This independent third party is the dispute resolution committee in The Hague (www.degeschillencommissie.nl) to which we are connected as a member of NRTO.
Within twenty working days of receipt the management of ITM Thai Hand Amsterdam will inform the student about the decision. The management of ITM Thai Hand Amsterdam has the right to extend the decision period by a maximum of five working days, the applicant shall be informed accordingly. The verdict for the ITM Thai Hand Amsterdam binding; potential consequences are dealt with quickly by the institute. Complaints and the manner of settlement are recorded by ITM Thai Hand Amsterdam and kept for a minimum period of two years.
